It is not just the \"What\" (the tasks), but especially to the \"Why\" (contribution, impact, values).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, demographic shifts the balance of power: In many industries, skill shortages exist, the workforces are older.
