I claim: In a world full of AI, the duration of sonication and optimization of pressure is <strong>Self-reflection<\/strong> one of the most important skills of all. But what is it exactly and how to practice it, without getting lost in ruminations?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The answer to that, we drag a little in length. Because self-reflection is not a Quick-Fix, but a process. Let's get the thread together, hold \u2013 up at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-text-display is-style-text-display--1\"><strong>What is self-reflection really is and what is not<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Self-reflection is the ability to monitor one's own Thinking, Feeling, and Acting deliberately, to question and to draw conclusions is. And, Yes, sometimes it feels at the beginning like the first day in the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Micro-breaks during the day<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Question of the day:<\/strong> Imagine a daily reflection question, e.g. \"What surprised me today?\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mini Check-in:<\/strong> Three Times a day short pause: \"What am I thinking? What do I feel? Reflection with others<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Self-reflection doesn't have to be lonely.
