Der Psychologe Marc Wittmann warnt in einem aktuellen ZEITmagazin-Interview: Routinen lassen unser Leben subjektiv k\u00fcrzer wirken. Aber warte \u2013 ich zeige dir, wie du das umkehrst, speziell als kreativer Mensch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-default has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"das-paradoxon-der-zeit\"><strong>Das Paradoxon der Zeit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser subjektives Zeitempfinden h\u00e4ngt nicht von der Uhr ab, sondern von Erinnerungen und Neuheit. Je routinierter der Alltag, desto weniger einpr\u00e4gsame Momente speichern wir \u2013 r\u00fcckblickend schrumpft die Zeit. Steve Jobs oder Haruki Murakami nutzten Rituale, um in den Flow zu kommen. Aber purer Alltags-Trott? Der killt die Zeitwahrnehmung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Knackpunkt: Gute Routinen bauen Struktur auf, ohne Abwechslung zu ersticken.
